About us

Before being a company, Numi Interior is a collective of shared experiences, skills, and visions on how to design and create bespoke furniture.

Knowledge acquired in fields where precision, coordination, and executive quality are essential requirements—from residential interiors to contract projects, up to the marine sector—which today take shape in a new reality, capable of combining craftsmanship culture, technical methodology, and advanced production. We are not trying to replicate an existing model.

We want to build a different way of working with custom-made furniture: more integrated, more conscious, and closer to the needs of those who design and those who will live in those spaces.

Where craftsmanship and technical culture give shape to bespoke furniture.

Where we come from

Our roots are in woodworking, but our identity goes beyond the traditional idea of carpentry.

We know the materials, the construction details, and the dynamics of the construction site. We know how important are human touch, experience, and the ability to find solutions to complex problems matter.

At the same time, we believe that today's furnishing world requires new tools: advanced technical design, integrated software, high-tech machinery, organization, process control, and the ability to dialogue with architects, designers, clients, and other craftsmen.

Our identity lies in this balance.

Between craftsmanship and industry

Numi Interior works in a middle space between two worlds.

On one hand, there is the artisanal attention: the knowledge of the material, care for detail, the sensitivity of those who know how to read a grain, a finish, a matching, an edge, a proportion.

On the other hand, there is an industrial approach: method, planning, technical office, production technologies, CNC machinery, phase control, and the ability to manage complex projects.

We do not see these two aspects as opposites. On the contrary, we believe that quality arises precisely from their integration: technology makes the gesture more precise, human experience gives meaning to technique.

Different experiences

We work across different scales, contexts, and destinations.

From residential to contract, from custom interiors to the most complex scopes, every project requires a specific way of reading the space, the client's needs, and the design language.

For us, there is no single scale of custom-made furniture. There is a method, capable of adapting to different contexts without losing precision, quality, and executive care.

Concrete sustainability

For us, sustainability is not a destination, but a journey to be built with serious commitment. It means producing with greater efficiency, reducing waste and reprocessing, powering our plant with solar energy, and looking closely at the raw material with responsibility, also through the care of our owned poplar groves linked to the wood supply chain.
It also means attention to the environment and to people: we care for our beehives, contributing to the protection of bees and biodiversity, and we guarantee adequate workspaces, efficient tools, safety, and quality of the indoor environment
These actions are already present in our way of working, but we want to continue to improve, by evaluating certification pathways that make our commitment increasingly measurable, transparent, and concrete.
In fact, we believe that sustainability is valuable only when it is concrete, verifiable, and clearly communicated.

For us, sustainability is not just a word to declare, but a set of daily choices.

It means producing with greater efficiency, reducing waste and rework, optimizing the cutting of panels and using technologies that help contain consumption and waste. It means powering our plant with solar energy, thanks to the installed photovoltaic system. It also means looking at the raw material with responsibility, through the care of proprietary poplar groves that create a direct link with the wood supply chain.

Alongside this, there is a broader attention to the environment that surrounds us, also through simple gestures, such as the presence of beehives in the company and the production of honey destined for clients and visitors.

It also means thinking about the well-being of the people who work with us: adequate spaces, efficient tools, attention to safety, care for the working environment.

We believe that a company is not only measured by what it produces, but also by the way it chooses to produce it.
